We executed 2 of the 3 outages needed to install the upgraded systems and we have recently successfully operated SNS at 1.7MW, a world record for SC linacs. I will discuss the operational accomplishments and the existing plans to leverage the additional power, including adding a second target station (STS), operating the existing target station at 2MW and exploring additional missions and applications for SNS.
